As our office was closing at the end of our day today, we had a walk in new patient who had been referred to us by her chiropractor in another town for spinal decompression therapy. She had already experienced the benefits of this treatment for her low back pain in another geographic area and found us as one of the few practitioners in the area offering the decompression therapy.
Decompression is used mostly for pain in the neck and low back areas, but also has application for the thoracic or mid back region as well. We have added a second decompression table because of the number of our patients benefiting from this therapy along with the growing number of area doctors and other chiropractors referring their patients to us.
