Our philosophy for life is one of creating and maintaining Wellness rather than the old model of treating illness. Wellness saves money and energy, and contributes to a healthier, more active lifestyle. There is a lot of room in the wellness model for personal tastes and interests as it is inclusive in its scope. You can choose from a wealth of foods, activities and exercises and beliefs. Your diet might lead you to explore avenues of dairy and gluten alternatives, macrobiotic, vegan, vegetarian or other food choices. Exercise might include dance, yoga, hiking in new areas, walking with friends or on your own, running, swimming….trying something new or remembering one you didn’t think you had time for anymore. In our quest to live longer, we also want to live healthier, so that as we age chronologically we do so with strong bodies that can keep up with all the things we want to do in life. We are what we eat, what we think, believe and what we do.
We also know that keeping our spine healthy goes a long way toward achieving our total health goal. We want to help you improve and keep your quality and enjoyment of life. As we approach the end of 2013, how would you want to go forward into 2014 with your personal wellness plan? We hope you will allow us to be a part of it, and would look forward to seeing you soon!
